Our firm's roots are in developing leadership capacity for client universities, schools and associations.  Because we know that education is one of the most leadership-sensitive industries, we believe it crucial that every institution have capable leaders throughout.  We also know that leadership is more personal than positional, and that is why we focus on leadership capacity at the top, the bottom, and in the middle of our client organizations.
