Who should attend?

Any member of the faculty or administration willing to listen to what others say about them—and take positive action based on that feedback—in exchange for becoming better at working with and through others in dynamic and changing school communities.

When and where will it happen?

March 24-25, 2008, immediately before the EARCOS Teachers Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both seminar days will run from 08:30 to 16:30 and will be at the Shangri La Hotel, site of the EARCOS conference.  Sleeping room information will be sent upon registration.

What will I receive at the seminar?

Leadership for International Education prepares you to:

·        Lead change in your organization

·        Build and maintain productive relationships, even with those you find difficult to lead

·        Give and receive feedback more effectively

·        Manage yourself

·        Leverage differences in other people

The program is unlike most other conference institutes.  It requires extensive pre-work by you and others who work around you to complete several online assessments from which you will receive feedback during the program.  To give you and your colleagues time to complete this work, we absolutely must receive registrations by January 31, 2008.  A minimum of 20 participants is essential in order for us to hold the program.

Who are the facilitators?
