An Idea Whose Time has Come

Tom Friedman's column in todays New York Times is one of his best, and since it appears on Christmas Eve, I fear that it will receive far too little notice from regular readers.  Read it, even though you may be busy on the holiday, and let's start talking about "rebooting".
