Future Proof: The Power of a Resilient Organization

For many schools, the past 18 months have been survival first with a goal to emerge with enough strength to move forward and cope with the long-tall implications of Covid-19 and attendant impact on our communities. The more robust we can be, the better we can cope in the immediate. In this workshop, Marc Frankel and Judy Schechtman will build on the concepts of strength and robustness. Research has shown that ultimately resilience is the core underpinning to long-term success. We will focus on building a resilience organization at every level, with key take-aways that can be applied in school communities now.
